We will be happy to guide you through the process of having your own unique canvas art created, to what ever specific requirements you desire.
SAMPLES -
You can request a sample of the artwork for a payment of £20. You can choose to see gold, silver or copper leaf on a small sample canvas with up to three colours of your choice. You can also request a colour swatch chart of specific colours (including all the variations of these colours). Please e-mail Samantha at customised@samartcanvas.co.uk to request yours. If you choose to go ahead with an artwork, you will recieve a £20 discount on the purchase price if you've ordered and paid for a sample.
PAYMENT
We accept a variety of payment, cheques, bank transfer, Paypal, NoChex. We will be happy to discuss any other forms of payment you may require.
DELIVERY
All paintings are securely packed using acid free tissue paper and bubble wrap, then boxed and wrapped in brown paper. Delivery costs include full insurance, should the paintings be damaged or lost a full refund will be given. We aim to despatch within 1-2 working days of cleared payment, and delivery is next working day. Costs for delivery are estimated below, please contact me for specifics, they will be confirmed on order -

RETURNS POLICY
Please check your package on delivery, and do not sign for an obviously damaged package. If for any reason you are unhappy with your artwork, you will be refunded the the cost if returned within 14 days in the original (or as good as) packaging. Postage costs are unfortunately non-refundable unless lost or damaged.
There may be a slight inconsistency in colour due to individual monitor settings/digital camera settings etc.
